Is this a physical product?
No! All SmilelineCo products are instant digital downloads, nothing will be shipped to you.
How do I receive my files after purchase?
Right after checkout, you will see a download button on your order confirmation page. You will also receive an email with your download link. Files are available instantly, no waiting required.
I didn’t receive my download email, what should I do?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first, and search your inbox for “SmilelineCo.” Still can’t find it? Log into your account at SmilelineCo and visit the Downloads section. If you still have trouble, contact us with your order number and we’ll resend your files promptly.
Can I check out without creating an account?
Yes! Guest checkout is available. However, creating an account means your downloads are stored in one place, making it easy to re-download your files anytime.
Printing & Paper
Do I need to print everything at once?
Not at all. We actually recommend starting with just the pages you need right now. Print as you go!
What sizes are available?
Most SmilelineCo products are available in A4, A5, and Personal size. The sizes included are listed on each product page.
What print settings should I use?
Select “Actual size” (100%), “Best quality,” and choose the correct paper size in your printer settings. If your printer crops the edges, try “Fit to page” instead.
What paper do you recommend?
Standard printer paper works perfectly for everyday use. For a more premium feel, try 100–120gsm paper. For pages you want to reuse, consider laminating or using a dry-erase pouch.
Why do the colors look different from my screen?
Screen and printer colors can vary depending on your monitor settings and printer model. For best results, make sure your printer is not set to “draft” mode, and print on plain white paper.

What file format will I receive?
All SmilelineCo products are delivered as high-resolution PDF files (300 dpi), ready to print at home.
How do I open a PDF?
We recommend using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader, available for both desktop and mobile devices.
Can I download on my phone or tablet?
Yes! Tap your download link and save the file to your Files app (iOS) or Downloads folder (Android) before opening.
Can I edit the files?
Our standard PDF products are not editable. If a product is editable, it will be clearly stated in the product title and description.
Licensing & Use
Can I use these in my classroom or for homeschooling?
Yes, with a Teacher License. You may print and distribute the files to your own students, as long as nothing is edited and the SmilelineCo copyright remains intact. Each license covers one classroom only.
What is the difference between Personal and Teacher License?
Personal License = for one household only. Teacher License = for one educator to print and share with their own students or class.
Can I share the files with a friend or another teacher?
Please share the product link, not the files themselves. Each license covers one household or one educator.
Can I resell printed copies or include them in a product I sell?
No. Resale, redistribution, and commercial use are not permitted under our standard license.

Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?
Because files are delivered instantly, all sales are final. However, if you experience a technical issue such as a corrupted file or missing download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it promptly.

Do you charge tax or VAT?
Where applicable, taxes are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I use more than one coupon code?

Download links are available for 180 days after purchase. We recommend saving your files to your device as soon as possible after downloading.
Can I gift a download to someone else?
Yes! Purchase the product and forward the download link to the recipient without opening it yourself, so they can enjoy the full download experience.
