How to Download Your Files
All SmilelineCo products are delivered as PDF files or ZIP files, no password protection. Simple and straightforward.
Step 1 — Complete your purchase
After checkout, you will see a download button on your order confirmation page.
Step 2 — Check your email
A download link will also be sent to your email. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.
Step 3 — Save your files
Download links are valid for 180 days. We strongly recommend saving your files to your device or cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud) immediately after downloading.
If your download is a ZIP file
Some bundles are delivered as ZIP files containing multiple PDFs inside. Here’s how to unzip:
On a PC
Click the download link and save the file to your Downloads folder. If it’s a ZIP file, right-click → “Extract All” to access your PDFs. Open with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.
On a Mac
Click the download link to save the file. If it’s a ZIP file, double-click to extract automatically. Open PDFs with Adobe Acrobat Reader or Preview.
On iOS
Tap the download link → tap the Share icon → “Save to Files.” If it’s a ZIP file, tap and hold → select “Uncompress.”
On Android
Tap the download link → file saves to Downloads automatically. If it’s a ZIP file, tap it to extract, or use Files by Google.
Can’t find your file?
- Check your Downloads folder on your device
- Search your email inbox for “SmilelineCo”
- Log into your account at SmilelineCo → Downloads
Some pages appear blank when opened in a browser?
Download the PDF to your device first, then open it using Adobe Acrobat Reader rather than your browser’s built-in PDF viewer.
