Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” we are unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed.

We are also unable to offer refunds if a discount code was not applied at checkout, or if you did not fully understand that SmilelineCo sells digital products only. To avoid any misunderstanding, this information is clearly stated throughout our website — on every product page, at checkout, and in your order confirmation email.

What You’re Purchasing

All SmilelineCo products are instant digital downloads delivered in PDF format. No physical item will be shipped. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive immediate access to download your files via email and your account page.

Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing, including:

• File format (PDF)
• Page sizes included (A4, A5, Personal, etc.)
• Number of pages in the bundle

We’re Here to Help

While we do not offer refunds, we genuinely care about your experience. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase if you encounter any of the following:

  • File not received — your download link didn’t arrive or has expired
  • File is corrupted — the file cannot be opened
  • Wrong file delivered — you received a different product than what you ordered
  • Verified technical error — a confirmed issue on our end prevented access

In these cases, we will re-send your files or issue store credit at our discretion.

Please note that we are unable to assist with issues reported more than 7 days after purchase.
