What’s on this weigh in tracker printable

Twenty-five little scales in a 5 × 5 grid, each with its own date line, plus space at the top for your start date, goal date, start weight and goal weight. Every time you step on the scale in real life, you fill in one on paper.

Why scales instead of a table?

Partly because I’m a designer and rows of numbers make me sleepy. Partly because a page of tiny scales slowly filling up looks like a collection, not a chore. When you flip back through your weigh-in chart, you’re not reading a spreadsheet, you’re looking at a row of days you showed up.

“How often should I weigh in?”

Honestly, that’s up to you (and your doctor or coach, if you have one). Some friends fill in one scale a week, some once a month, some only on days they feel like checking. The page has no rules about it. I only made 25 spaces, so it will take as long as it takes.

A small design detail

Each scale has its own date line underneath, and the boxes are big enough for normal handwriting. Printed on A5, the whole grid sits comfortably inside a planner, and on A4 it’s easy to pin up where you’ll see it.
