Printable Pages For Real Life
Little Pages for a Life You Want to Remember. Designed by hand, one ordinary day at a time.
Little Pages for a Life You Want to Remember
These are printable pages for real life: little pages for the days you want to remember, and the small things that carry a bit of feeling, a bit of story, a bit of warmth. Things you can actually hold: a page where you write something down before it slips away, track a habit as it becomes part of you, plan a family day, save a recipe, note how today actually felt, or simply color something in because the colors made you happy.
That’s really where SmilelineCo began, on an ordinary desk, in an ordinary room, in China. There was a stretch of my life that felt low and heavy: I’d left my job, and my days were mostly small chores and looking after my child. I got through it by designing my own pages, ones where I wrote down what I hoped for, and slowly, the small, real progress I was making. Looking back, I think that’s what people mean by the law of attraction: once I let myself want something and put it into words and actions, it started to arrive.
Now it’s simply how I work. When I want to do something, I picture what “done” looks like, then I break it into pages, and I follow them until I get there. When I wanted to lose 20 jin, I gave myself three months, learned that it really comes down to a calorie deficit, and built pages to track the eating, the movement, and the plan behind it.
Somewhere along the way, I noticed something: most people aren’t actually looking for another app, another system, another thing to keep up with. What they want is something small that feels like theirs, a page you can hold, a box you get to check by hand, a few quiet minutes away from your phone.
That’s what I want these pages to be for you. Not one more task. A little calm on an ordinary day. A feeling of love you can actually touch. A quiet sense that you’ve got this.
I design these for real life: the organized days, the messy ones, the exciting ones, and all the ordinary days between. If you love stationery, journaling, small pretty details, and the simple happiness of pen meeting paper, I made these with you in mind.
Curious what my days actually look like? I write about them on Life of Smile: family dinners, independent travel for a family of three, Mid-Autumn Festival plans, small habits, and the pages that grow out of them.

Hi, I’m Smile
I’m the person behind SmilelineCo, designing from home in China.
I’m a designer, a mom, and someone who genuinely enjoys writing things down. I make lists. I keep notes. I track things. I save memories. I plan trips. I write down things I don’t want to forget.
And, yes, sometimes I make a printable because I couldn’t find the exact page I wanted, and I figured someone else out there was probably looking for the same thing.
I don’t think a well-designed page can fix a hard week. But I do think it can hold a little bit of it for you, so you’re not carrying every number, every goal and every “don’t forget” only in your head. That’s really the whole idea behind everything I make: give you somewhere to put it down, so you have a little more room to actually live your life instead of just managing it.
SmilelineCo is not about having a perfectly organized life. Mine certainly isn’t. It’s about finding little ways to make everyday life feel easier, more thoughtful, and a little more beautiful, for you as much as for me. I believe there is a lot of happiness hidden in ordinary days. Sometimes all we need is a small nudge, and a place to write it down, to notice it.

Here you’ll find the printable pages for real life that I’ve made for different parts of life, from family and health to money, memories, food, and everything in between.
Some are practical. Some are thoughtful. Some are a little bit silly. And some are simply cute. Wherever you are in your own life right now, I hope one of these feels like it was made for exactly that.
I’ll keep adding new ones as life gives me new things to plan, track, remember, and enjoy.
Family & Kids
The people who make your days louder, busier, messier, and so much more meaningful deserve pages of their own. Family life, kids, routines, little responsibilities, and the moments you sometimes wish you could press pause on all live here. If your days feel like they belong to everyone but you, I hope these give you back a small corner of order.

Track Your Life
Sometimes you just want to see your life on paper. Track a habit, a routine, a goal, or simply what happened today. These pages are little snapshots of your life, and sometimes those snapshots tell you more than you expected, especially on the days you feel like nothing is changing.
Habit Tracking
Mood & Mental Health
Some days feel wonderful. Some feel heavy. And some are just… Tuesday.
This is a gentle place to check in with yourself, notice patterns, and put a few thoughts down on paper. No pressure to be positive, no perfect streaks required. If you’ve ever felt like you had to be okay before you were allowed to talk about not being okay, I made these so you don’t have to be.

Health & Fitness
Taking care of yourself doesn’t have to mean becoming a completely different person. I made these pages after watching someone I love try, one dinner and one ordinary Tuesday at a time. They’re for the small things worth paying attention to: movement, weight, habits, and the little wins along the way. Use them seriously, casually, or somewhere in between, and be as kind to yourself as you’d be to him.

Monthly & Weekly Pages
What needs to happen this week? What are you looking forward to? What do you want to make time for? There’s something comforting about seeing it all laid out on paper, without turning your life into a project you have to manage.
Monthly & Weekly Pages
Yearly Pages
A year is made up of so many little things: plans, goals, birthdays, trips, habits, big moments, small moments. These pages help you step back and see the bigger picture, while still leaving plenty of room for life to surprise you, because it always does.

Food & Recipes
Food is never just food. It’s family dinners, recipes you don’t want to lose, things you want to try, meals you loved, and sometimes the very best memories around a table. I keep my own family’s recipes this way too, including a few I’ve picked up watching my brother cook. These pages are made so your food stories don’t disappear the way mine almost did.

Bucket List
A place to visit. Something to learn. A meal to try. A silly little dream. This is a place to put those ideas down before they disappear, and maybe give yourself a reason to actually do some of them, instead of saving them for a “someday” that never quite arrives.

Color Pages
Not everything needs to be productive. Sometimes you just want to sit down, pick up a pen, and color something pretty. If your days are full of things you have to do, I hope this is the one thing on the page you get to do for no reason at all.
Colour Pages
Savings Challenge
Watching a page slowly fill in is, for some reason, deeply satisfying. These little challenges turn saving into something you can fill in, color, check off, and celebrate, because every small amount counts, even on the months it doesn’t feel like it.

Budget Trackers
Money can feel much less overwhelming when you give it a place to go. These pages are for keeping an eye on spending, planning ahead, and understanding where your money is actually going, without making budgeting feel like a punishment. My hope is that you close the page feeling a little more in control, not a little more ashamed.

Finance Planning
Writing things down makes big, complicated ideas feel a little easier to understand. These pages are for thinking about money beyond today’s spending: your goals, priorities, and the life you want your money to support. Financial planning isn’t only about numbers. It’s also about the life you’re trying to build, and you deserve to see that written down too.

Bundles
Some of you like to pick one page at a time. Others would rather grab a whole set and figure out which ones you’ll actually use later, and that’s a perfectly good way to do it too. These bundles pull together the pages that tend to work well as a set, so you get more of what you need in one download, for less than buying each one on its own.

And There’s More to Come
These are only the beginning. As my own life here in China changes, I’ll keep making pages for the things I find myself planning, tracking, remembering, and figuring out, in the hope that they help you with yours too.
You’ll eventually find more for:
- Travel & Road Trips
- Fitness & Movement
- Home & Cleaning
- Holidays & Celebrations
- Calendars
- Chinese Festivals & Traditions
- China Travel & Everyday Life
- and plenty of other little things that make up a life
If I ever think, “I wish there were a page for this,” there’s a good chance I’ll make one, and there’s a good chance it started with a story I’ll tell you about on the blog first.
Can’t Find the Page You Need?
Maybe I just haven’t made it yet. Tell me what you wish existed, and I might turn your idea into a printable, made with you in mind, not just for you.
