Description
Tracking doesn’t have to feel like homework. This weight loss challenge bundle is four pages that make it feel more like a game: things to fill in, color in and cross off.
Your four pages
- Weight Loss Challenge. A winding path of 20 squares from START to FINISH. Each square is a slice of your goal
- 100 Days Weight Loss Tracker. One little scale for every day, 100 of them
- 60 Pounds Lost Tracker. Sixty numbered circles, colored one at a time
- 100 Pounds Lost Tracker. Ten rows of ten circles for a longer road
How to use your weight loss challenge bundle
A few ideas: use the Challenge for a short sprint, and the 100 Days page as a long-term diary of showing up. Keep the pound charts for the number you really care about, and color a new row each time you finish ten. Use different pens on different pages. Give yourself a small reward when you finish a line. It’s supposed to be a bit silly.
Which page for which mood?
Feeling playful? Start with the Challenge path. Want to be steady? Try the 100 Days page. Have one number in mind? Pick the 60 or 100 circle chart. You can switch whenever you like, and you’re allowed to use more than one at the same time.
A word about pace
None of these pages has a deadline. If a week goes by without a mark, the squares and circles will simply wait. I’d rather you come back slowly than not come back at all.
