Which size should I pick?

If you’re not sure, start with the 25-scale Weigh-In Tracker: it’s the smallest commitment and the easiest to finish. Choose the 35-scale page if you’d like to write in your own way, and save the 100-day page for when you’re feeling steady. Nothing says you can’t use all three, one after another or side by side.

Printing tip

Because the three pages share the same look, they print well as a set. Clip them together in the order you plan to use them, and slide the top one into your planner as you go.
