Description
Not everyone wants to look at a scale every day, and honestly, I don’t think everyone should have to. If you’d rather check in once a week and see the bigger picture, this weekly weight tracker printable bundle is for you.
What’s inside
26 Week Weight Tracker. Six months, with roomy rows that leave space for a few words beside each number.
52 Week Weight Tracker. The whole year in two columns, with WEEK, WEIGHT and CHANGE for each row.
Weight Log. Date, weight, +/- and comments, for the weeks when you want to write down what was going on.
Using the weekly weight tracker printable bundle
You could use the 26 Week page for your first half-year and switch to the 52 Week page when you feel like continuing. Or use one of the long-term charts as your main record and the Weight Log for extra detail. There’s no correct system. It depends on how much you like writing things down.
A calm way to track
Long-term charts tend to feel less intense than daily ones. There’s more room between marks, and one odd week doesn’t take over the page. That’s why I like them.
Picking a weigh-in day
With weekly tracking, it helps to choose one day and stick to it, say Sunday morning, so your numbers are comparable from week to week. If you miss it, don’t worry: write the date beside the number. Some people put a small reminder on their phone, and others leave the page right next to the scale.
